Skies Poem by Joelle Ramee

Skies

Rating: 5.0

Clouds of golden fluff scatter
As a thousand winged ones take to the air
Rain drops pound to the beat of thumping wings
Suddenly silver strands of light burst forth
Dew glistens upon sunlit leaves
Skies
Skies of light
Skies of darkness
Littered with diamond-like stars
