Skint Knees Poem by susette varga

Skint Knees

I fell and skinned my knees today
Whist out walking
With the dog
Was due to being startled
By a teeny little frog
I'm sad to say the
The wee green guy
Has gone to meet his maker
My dafty dog
Thought he was a ball
Alas i could not save him
So sorry frog
For my stoopid dog
Dismayed i could not save you
I've banished him
To the naughty step
Until he sorts out his behavior
