Sleep tight my little one
You were not meant to be
I'm broken hearted
You had to leave

One day
If we are blessed
We'll be together again

In another life
And another time
Together
With your mum

I'll hold you so tightly
Smother you with love
And cherish you madly
Never to let you go

Although for now
We are apart
You are still
With me

You are deep in my heart
For all eternity
Love you my darling
Always will

I pray for Gods speed
Until reunited again
For forever
And a day
