In the torrents roar a symphony of sound
As heavy rain cascades to earth enbound
Each drop a dancer in nature ground ballet
Painting the world in shades of gray
The sky weep tears, a cleansing flood
washing away the dust and mud
The earth drinks deep thirst and quenched at last
In downpours embrace a moment vast
Trees away and dance, in the wind embrace
As raindrop kiss each leaf and trace
The air alive with the scent of rain
A fragrance sweet washing away pain
In heavy rain, there's a rhythm true
A song of renewal born a new
for the storms embrace
there's peace to gain
In the gentle lullaby of the rain
