Slipped Away
The day before you left me for good,
Should have been the day I understood
How unhappy you were being with me,
And expecting you to till eternity.
I know it's too late to win you back,
Realize how much caring I did lack.
You've humbled me more than you'll ever know,
Showed what true love is.I left it go.
