Checkout girls out on the town
High street copy and stilettos
Drinking like a weary camel at oasis
Carefree karaoke calamities
Divas in all but talent
Making catastrophes of classics
Shaking their stuff
Polluting the sound
Closed minds mingle
Crusaders of the 21st century
All crew-cuts and tattoos
Beer breathe and bravado
Spurned on by small town sensitivities
And fear of the unknown
They express their national pride
Ignorant and aggressive
Loud and proud
Students flock together
Safety in numbers
Bachelors of excess one and all
Free thinking, hard drinking, debt sinking
The lessons of life as yet unlearnt
The boy racers speed on selfishly
Like an asbo scalextric
Chasing each other
Around and around
Saturday night becomes Sunday morning
The world turns slowly
Round and round
