Smile Poem by erica johnson

Smile

Rating: 5.0

There is nothing wrong with smiling.
It's better than a frown.
It turns my heart brown.
You think you're a king.
You aren't wearing a crown.
Smile for me.
You don't see that you are lovely to me.
You're not a fantasy.
But you're in my dreams.
The light is shining
On you like beams.
Your disrespect for me must decrease.
You can do that for me.
Let me be free.
Stop corrupting my mind.
You're like a bee that stung me.
I don't care about that.
Just smile for me.
