Snuggle With Me My Sweet Angel - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Goodnight Kira my sweet Angel bride
please end this night with me snuggling so close
to share the sweetest of kisses
as we go to sleep my only one.
My head aches and I am so very tired
and all I want is the woman I love in my arms,
all I want is my Kira for whom each day I write.
Come snuggle with me my Angel of light
and fall asleep with our hearts filled with joy
and stopping this fierce aching that's there.
Snuggle with me as we go to sleep
so I can look in your eyes and you'll see
pure truth as I say Kira I love you my dear
and it's always only been you for me
and it will only ever be you because you are you
and that's the greatest thing that there is.
Come snuggle with me so I can hold you right
next to me and help heal the pain
that you are carrying inside.
I will hold you so close through the night
giving you all of my loving warmth
and I will sit with you wide awake
if you need to help you feel protected and safe.
I'll do whatever you need to feel
happy and good and so you'll know that
you're truly loved and not alone my sweet Angel dove.
Curl up in my arms and get cozy dear
so we can feel deep peace and comfort as we go to sleep.
Goodnight my sweet Angel Kira I love
and write everyday for,
come and snuggle with me as we go to sleep,
I need my lady and your deep peace.
My head is aching and I am so deeply hurting,
I just want you to talk to and share
everything that in our lives has been happening,
to just be right here for each other
holding our hands and looking into each others eyes.
I have so much to tell you because
you are my true love and best friend
and it's with you that I want to share everything.
Goodnight my sweet beautiful Kira of light
please come snuggle with me I love you so much.
