So Faraway Poem by Boston Kelley

So Faraway

I love her with all my heart,
My greatest desire is to be with her.
I cannot have enough of her,
She is my one true love.
Each day, I long to see her,
My mind reels with thoughts of her.
Yet, the distance between us gnaws at
Me like flesh-eating parasites.
Each tiny bite is comparable
To the pain I feel.
How it tears me apart to be so far from her!
I reel with sadness at the distance
Between us.
My love for her diminishes the pain,
But it does not last long.
Every day I desire to spend with her,
But time is only so little for me.
