So I'Ve Read A Poem Poem by Angel Jordan

So I've read a poem,
and I've read it good.
I used to have it confused,
but now it's understood.

Maybe I read it one too many times,
making my brain function over this fact;
I was enchanted by it's words and rhymes,
making secret vows, making myself a pact.

I'll never forget,
all the letters I read.
No hope to regret,
the words that it said.

So I've read a poem,
it's words ingraved in my heart.
I've wished to find a way to show them,
but somehow, I don't know where to start.
