So Long, Goodbye Poem by Dyllan Martin

So Long, Goodbye

Screaming silence fills my head,
As I think of you,
The one I wished to forget,
But can't force to leave my scrambled brain,
Deception written across your face,
Lies upon your lips,
And hatred in your eyes,
Blood spilled in your name,
Tears I have no more for you,
As I give up all hope,
The day you put me in my place,
Broken hearted and alone,
Yet through all this i can no longer hate you,
Because you've lost something you can't win back,
My trust,
My friendship,
Lost all,
Gained nothing.
