So Tender - Poem by Victoria M. Lemmons

When you are not around I close my eyes both day and night.
You see I dream of you taking me in your arms.
Holding me so very tight telling me how much you love me.
In your own special way making love so tender.
Touching me so softly putting a chill in the air.
Loving you comes so easy you pick me up when I am down.
And take all my fears right away I for get all my
yesterdays.
Never caring if tomorrow ever comes as long as you are there
at my side.
With you every dream I had has come true in my eyes you are
my knight in shinning armour and my everlasting dream.
