Well, Smoky. I became aware of you from your comment on my poem, and now I'm exploring your stuff. I like this one. I relate though the things you name are personal. It's accessible. It flows. The last part reminds me of the opening to G.K. Chesterton's book Orthodoxy. If the title isn't totally off-putting, and you can borrow a copy, I think you'd like what he says about home there. Glen
Thank you very sincerely Glen. I am a fan of Chestertons also, and have read Orthodoxy with great delight. I am glad to find another soul on this wild-planet who is fond of his work. He was an incredible, crazy, beautiful soul. Did you ever see the weekly television show with an actor portraying him, giving insight and wisdom into worldly situations? Quite interesting really.
