So Why Don'T You Just Murder Me? Poem by Crystal Leung

So Why Don'T You Just Murder Me?

Walking down the ally,
Walking back home,
I see you walk by,
And drag me by the throat.

You take me somewhere,
Somewhere I don't know,
You said to be quiet,
Or you'll cut me by the throat.

You explained to me,
That it's my daddy's fault,
He wouldn't pay back,
So I am the price.

You whip me on the back,
You punch me in the face,
You tie my hands so tight,
That no blood would flow.

I am in pain,
You are content,
It hurts so much,
So why don't you,
just murder me?
