Soft Poem by Wes Thompson

Soft

Rating: 4.0

sunken flagships
rest within me
as heaven claims back
lives from the sea
as broken mirror
still reflects whole
undivided truth
in eyes like coal
with a grain of salt
tomorrow wakes
god shuffles the deck
hell sets the stakes
unwavering flame
come maker by dawn
steal stars from the sky
by first light we'll be gone
