Soft Sobs - Poem by Teighlor Little

Soft sobs,
Hard kicks,
Only hurt,
No tricks.

Soft sobs,
Hard blows,
Head to toe,
Bruises show.

Mommy loves me,
Daddy don't,
Don't ask me to cry,
I can't, I wont.

Broken limbs,
Torn apart,
Does he even,
Have a heart?

Some bruises are black,
Some are blue,
I'm hurt every day,
Sad but true.

I will win,
I can tell,
Because 'daddy, '
Will rot in hell.
