My name is loneliness
I dwell inside your soul
Feeding off your insecurites.

My name is loneliness
I stalk you with dispair
Like the stalker stalks his victim.

My name is lonliness
I live within your hollow shell
Filling you with desolation.

My name is lonliness
I hunt you with sandpaper arms
Eroding your confidence and defenses.

My name is lonelines
I swoop down on you
Clutching you in my claustrophobic grip.

My name is loneliness
I am the friendless child
Waiting for you in dark corners of thought.
