solitude is always better than bad company! i'm with you on that!
A thoroughly satisfying read that contains all the elements of 'good' poetry. Each word is carefully chosen and placed to perfection. The theme of the poem is interesting and leaves enough unsaid for the reader to ponder and the final stanza rounds the piece off to perfection. Diana, Solitude is good, a truly happy person must be happy with her own thoughts and interests. To sit and listen to idle chatter is for me a pain, I much prefer Mozart and a good book. Loved this poem because you gave me permission to be myself. You are truly a poet with a message for what is good. Bob
