Some Kind Of A Rein Poem by reinalie jorolan

Some Kind Of A Rein

There must be a way
To hold the speed back,
The wind behind my ears
The wings of my heels
that make me run for fear
There must be a way
your arms can find my spirit
and calm it down in a heartbeat
Before you and I face our defeat,

There must be some kind of a rein
That will stop my senses galloping
mad and wild towards some form of a pain..
Or at least perhaps,
A leash for these tears to fall no more
Before we are painfully
torn to million pieces once more...
