Some Say You Have Passed Away (Double Bussokusekika) Poem by Edwin Tanguma

Some Say You Have Passed Away (Double Bussokusekika)

Some Say You Have Past Away (Double Bussokusekika)

This may sound passé
Poetry oh poetry
You're the prize I seek
Some say you have past away
And all your words were in vain
Though too me your bells still toll

Thirteen fair maidens
Were once a part of my life
Yet I knew them not
I'm married with children now
The maidens remain single
Maybe one day they'll marry
