Somebody Poem by Leigh French

Somebody help me,
somebody realize what's happening to me,
how can they not see what's going on,
I need somebody to stop me before I think to much,
I can feel it already,
it's starting to happen.
I'm thinking too much,
too many things,
I am slowly ripping apart,
and it just won't stop,
if I don't stop soon,
there will be nothing left of me.
I need to stop so bad,
I just need somebody to help please,
please somebody just help me soon.
