Something Better Than Love Poem by Satish Verma

Something Better Than Love

One step more, I
will put my foot on the scorpion.
He does his job. I learn the pain.

Doing nothing, you
create a nonsense to find love
in the thorns of roses.

What was the grey
death, available free? A universal
meaningless law was to revive.
