Sometime Soon Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Sometime Soon

I hid You securely
In my thoughts
I then waited with
My doors wide open.

I stepped out and looked
As I felt that You called
I looked left, right, ahead
And worried not to find You.

When wind blew mildly
I thought You arrived
As darkness approached
I lit lamp and stayed.

Busy You may be
Absorbed in Your work
I thought You'll settle ‘em
And come sometime soon.
