Sonnet 4 Poem by Joshua Francis Belicano

Sonnet 4

As Love reached its final destination,
She does remember all the pain she've felt.
Do we even know Love's true location?
The Heart... but why does the Mind let Love melt?
Melt... as if causing lovers to falter;
Just like not listening to Heart's reasons.
Then, day by day the Heart's growing weaker;
Filling himself with demented questions.
Sometimes, the Mind isn't honorable,
Even wise persons do some foolishness.
What is essential is invisible,
Like seeing a night sky which is starless.
The Heart and Mind could have disagreement,
It's because they did not know what Love meant.
