Sonnet 5 Poem by Joshua Francis Belicano

Sonnet 5

I'm sorry, my love... I am so sorry
I trust you, and I do think you know.
My soul, my heart was blinded by Jealousy;
She must be the one I should let go.
Now, I cannot find myself anymore;
It seems Madness made me look for you.
But still, I just though Truth knocks at my door.
It was someone else, I do not know who
Or what. Oh it was her! It was... Love,
She told me, " You shouldn't stop nor yield,
Like the angels wait in heavens above,
And the promise I made will be fulfilled.
Sorry, oh my love... I was so sorry,
Maybe I just gave you a half of me.
