The love of God was born on Christmas day,
As baby boy, the Son of God, our Lord;
Emmanuel, by name, on hay, He lay,
Through Virgin Mary, flesh became the Word!
The King of Kings had birth in poverty,
Yet, brought to men on earth, both joy and peace,
As shepherds came and angel choir sings,
And Star of Bethlehem's journey does cease!
The labor Mary underwent had won!
In swaddled clothes, her little Jesus sleeps,
In freezing winter that didn't see the sun,
As Magi each from East, his present heaps.
Heaven rejoices for the Savior born;
Oh, what a happy day and Christmas dawn!
A brother's Advance Christmas greetings to all
his dear siblings and their families!
