Sonnet- Cyber World Poem by Dr John Celes

Sonnet- Cyber World

Rating: 5.0

God save this world from collapse and chaos;
If not, ’twill turn into a wasteland new;
Man’s actions are becoming much disastrous;
A man-made Apocalypse could ensue!

Robot-like men are filling the planet!
Virtuality, the human mind does woo;
The earth could be ruled all by the ‘internet’;
’Tis a cyber-world with a cyberspace too!

Come new diseases and new therapies;
Nuclear weapons threaten the brittle peace;
’Tis cyber-crimes/mania and Interpol;
High-Tech will have a significant role.

As God and man’s conscience get sidelined,
Morality will become undermined.
