Sonnet: Ever-Green Memories Poem by Dr John Celes

Adolescence is ill-understood stage!
One’s character is molded in degrees;
Energetic and dangerous too age;
A phase of fun and frolic; work like bees!

All innocently, mostly till adult-
We fight; compete in school and college days!
Sometimes, we love/ hate persons in occult;
We forget blunders; forgive others’ ways!

The learning phase is followed by struggle;
A decent job and settlement in life;
Many a time, we cannot just juggle;
Engulfed, we are in problems, grief and strife!

And when we think of years that had gone by,
The memories so green can never die!
