With the depth of your black oceanic eyes, and passion
Of the red army marching towards Moscow in October

My love for you is free, like the kid running in the fields
Like the dreams of Marx and Engels of an egalitarian state
Like the sleep of the proletariat on the footpath of capitalism

My love for you is indescribable, and unexplainable
For no other Ramanujan was born to seek its answers

My love for you is imperfect, full of flaws and complexities
It stands on the verge of greatness, yet stands miles away
From attaining the perfection of Shakespeare and his sonnets

My love for you is artistic salvation, a place all want to be in
A place where Ravi Verma paints your breast in his canvas,
And Neruda wrote a sonnet on the dialectics of my life
