Jogging’s not better than the running act;
To run on sand is tougher than on ground;
A rumor is not equal to the fact;
Go by the voice and not recorded sound.
The act is more than the preceding thought;
The hiatus is great between the two;
To curb the thought if it is bad, we ought;
The nexus ’twixt the mind and hand- Undo.
You learn to run on much rocky terrain;
You learn to run both slowly and quite fast;
By practice, there are plenty things to gain;
Be undeterred of things sad of the past.
’Tis nice to train in worst possible states;
’Tis wrong to rely on some lucky dates.
