Sonnet: Maiden College Day Celebrations At Kfmsr, Cbe Poem by Dr John Celes

The day has come at last to celebrate
First College Day within our premises,
As every student did co-operate
To make it grand as per all wishes.

‘’Tis better late than never’ – people say;
Yet, things must happen timely as charted;
Most students show off talents on this day,
Auspicious since the college first started.

The first will stay in memories’ lane always;
A humble beginning will blessings bring;
It helps a lot to keep the upward gaze,
As laurels come and future students sing.

Efforts by all were quite admirable;
The first though simple stays memorable.
