All human beings, blood-related are;
Some cousins, siblings who had lived together;
But time kept them apart; their teeth they bare;
They flock with but a different feather.
How selfishness has invaded their hearts!
And pride all false has crown'd their heads like gall!
How hatred has replaced their love like darts!
As strangers do, on each other they call.
Each one has gone into a shell his own,
Snail-like; predator waits, it is a bird;
Perhaps, when death occurs, they meet in town,
Their past anger alive and unrepaired.
What is the use of relations these days?
Without happiness, each other they face.
