Sorry Poem by Felix Lugo

Sorry

What I did wrong you shall not experience it anymore.
The right I can do will be brought from my heart.
You know I mean no harm.
I’m sorry for what I have done.
I sent you letters begging you to come back.
I did a terrible thing that can’t be erased,
but I’m sorry again for giving you a unexpected son
while we were both still young.
I know it’s hard to comprehend and handle.
But he needs a father.
So, we must stop the fighting
on who’s wrong or right.
We have to come back together
and raise this baby that has been
introduce to our life.
