Soul In A Bowl Poem by Omkar Atale

Soul In A Bowl

I thought it‘s just a figment
Of my mind before the moment
You gave my life a little strength
I thought its just a part
Of my heart but its been true from the start
So I take the paper and the pen and decide
To write
Something about you, which youve never heard
So I start and find the perfect words

Whenever I see you
My Soul
Goes in a Bowl
And It may fall
Any time
You filled the hole
In my soul
Which was black as coal
But now white as snow
Yeah

So I write these words, these things new
Which suit you well but dont describe you
All I feel All I know
Is Im going wherever you go
Im gonna be by your side
Till the end of life‘s ride

But my Soul
Goes in a Bowl
And it may Fall
Anytime
You filled the Hole
In my soul
Which was black as coal
But now white as snow
Yeah

I wanted to speak these words to you
But Im afraid to.

Because my soul
Goes in a bowl
And it may fall
Anytime
You filled the hole
In my soul
Which was black as coal
But now white as snow
Yeah

When I see you straight
In the face
I feel like Im in outer space
My heart beats with a better pace

As my Soul
Goes in a bowl
It may fall
Anytime
Yes my soul
Goes in a bowl
It may fall
Anytime
