Special Place Poem by michael frost

Special Place

i'd like to take you far away some special place thats out of reach
but ive only got a tenner and enough petrol to drive you to the beach
so jump in beside me on this beautiful sunny day
im just checking my pockets for change for the motorway
let your juices flow your pupils dilate
today is the day that we celebrate
whip off your shoes and walk barefoot in the sand
and ill tease you lovingly as you hold on to my hand
we shall hide in caves and climb on rocks
loose track of time ignore the clocks
kiss and cuddle behind the dunes
dam the world and all its ruins
ill kiss you tenderly and melt all your resistance
hold you beside me no desire from a distance
i will show you the key that opens my heart
with the help of your love ill make a fresh start
snuggle beside me while i caress your long scented hair
and through your compassion ill relearn how to care
we'll sit by the sea and watch the sun set
a day to remember and never forget
on the way home we'll stop for chips a curry
eat our food slowly no need to hurry
we will stop at your house at the end of our spin
where you'll smile at me sensually and invite me in
make the music of love all through the night
two souls joined as one till dawns early light
in my arms at daybreak as you drift off to sleep
ill pray to the good lord that you i can keep

Loved this. A grand way to spend the day with your sweetie. Some of the best times I've had, I had no money and got there by the seat of my pants. Kathleen
