The young girl’s vocal cords shrieked
When she saw a small tan spotted spider
Quietly walking on its long spindly legs
It had no intention biting or harming her
The young girl leaped onto her bouncy bed
She jumped and jumped until she was dazed
As she hit her head upon the low dropp ceiling
Suddenly as she lost consciousness a bump raised
When she woke she felt the top of her head
The swelling she discovered was distressing
When scared into an awful panic, she concluded
The spider must have bit her… she was guessing
