Star Gazer Poem by Alexander Villegas

Star Gazer

On the cold night of January 6th,
I held onto a dream that I knew couldn't be a myth.
I stared upon the stars and I saw
That there was one that was brightest of them all.
This star was her, and I knew that I couldn't let it go.
It had a glow that matched the twinkle in her eyes.
She is my dream, she is my star, she is my night sky.
