Starlight Poem by libbi kenner

Starlight

As the stars shine bright through the night
I lay there
On the ground
waiting for a falling star
I would wish to see you again
Though my heart is broken
I still miss you
I miss everything about you
your smile, your laugh
I just lay here hopelessly
What i think is real is not
are we really here
is there such thing as me and you
will there be such thing as us
was there ever such thing as us
but now i don't believe one thing
not about us
not about them
who am I
that is what i wonder
while i'm just laying here
on the grass
watching the stars shine bright
