Lying under
The starlit sky
The diamond embedded
Black veil
She stares
Up at the skies above
Eyes twinkling
With hopes
Dreams
Desires
She waits
For the wind
To caress her
To make her feel
His presence
By her side
For it was
Under these stars
That they were
Once united
In a symphony
Of their lives
Can you hear me, my love
Does this wind
Touch you
Makes you feel
My presence
In your arms
Does it whisper
The careless joy
Does it remind you
Of the path we've walked
Does it make you
Realize
That we are for one
United forever
Lying under
The starlit sky
The diamond embedded

She reminisces
