Starry Solitude Poem by Alexander Romanov

Starry Solitude

In twilight's tender embrace, flawless spirits wane,
Scarred echoes shimmer beneath the moon's gentle gaze.
Sinister whispers dance through midnight's serenade—
A ballet of shadows under the celestial veil.

The heavens unfold in vast, untouched beauty,
One beacon glimmers in divine silence,
A wretched heart beats within dusk's serene trance.
This fractured vessel sails through endless night,
Lost among stars that witness without mercy.

I wander through gardens of silent dread,
Each step softened beneath sorrow's delicate veil.
You, imperfect light, flicker like a solitary spark
In the labyrinth of my dreams, shattered and vast—
Where hope lies hidden, veiled by shadows' grace.

Stained glass windows capture moonlight's tender kiss,
Casting colorful reflections on ancient stone.
Visions blur where your presence once lingered,
Echoes whisper through silent halls,
Memories entwined in shadowed groves,
Phantom branches of a love unhealed.

Solitude wraps me in a darkness warm and tight,
Engulfing fragments of my fractured soul.
Beneath a sky adorned with piercing stars,
My spirit weeps in the tranquil void,
Where broken shadows sing their mournful song,
A lullaby for what night's embrace has lost.

Loneliness flows—a river of deep emotion,
Swallowing echoes of a haunted past.
In midnight's gentle hold, solace remains afar,
As sorrow casts its eternal shadow,
And I drift—a solitary figure,
Under the weight of forgotten stars' embrace.
