Stars Poem by Stella Kuhl

Stars

Stars are like a handful of diamonds,
Thrown across the dark velvet expanse of the sky.
Watching from a far our world,
Watching from up high.
Stars hold memory,
Precious and pure,
Wisdom gained,
Which shall endure.
For how could the not know,
The wonders of our world?
After watching for so long,
Without being heard?
Forever
Shall they live,
And as long as we walk,
They shall give,
Light to our world,
Through the darkest of nights.
Shining in the dark,
Like so many bright lights.

Great stuff! I am a star gazer, so I love to hear of the night sky, often I stare for hours up, always asking why? A+ to you, keep writing! ! !
