i still miss you
i always will.
my love is true,
and cannot be blown out
by words of blue.

i'll hold what we had
very close and dear,
in my heart.
Your tenderness lives
and with the kindness of me,
i'll never put a dark thought
or hold anything not true,
because that wouldn't feel right of me to do.


even though we don't see eye to eye anymore,
i realize and am well aware
that what we had was special,
and will never be tainted with hate.
