Still Voice Poem by Ojeikpo Elijah

Still Voice

Holy spirit, gentle still voice
Whispering softly, in my heart's deep core
Your peaceful presence, my soul rejoice
In moments of doubt, you are my cure
You guide me through life's turbulent storms
With patience, you lead me to the light
In your embrace, my fears transform
Into hope, shining ever so bright
You are the calm within my raging sea
The quiet force that soothes my troubled mind
With love and grace, you set my spirit free
In your divine presence, I am aligned
Oh holy spirit, sweet still voice divine
Your whispers, my soul will forever pine.
