Stolen Future Poem by kennedy musyoka

Stolen Future

she was so young she knew no evil,
little child of God deserved nothing less than be called an angel,
those little eyes that got one hypnotised that little smile that could soften any ones heart,
she left us so early in life was it realy worth it,
by a bullet by those animals whose faces still haunt me,
life takers; joy takers; breathe takers, extra painful work given to the undertakers,
ruthless butchers heartlesly they send this young soul to the maker,
bitterness is what i feel deep inside if i could exchange life id give up mine for this little ones,
two three fifteen to twenty little ones lifelessly stared into the sky,
God i ask myself why,
why would one kill in your name,
why would one maime in the lords name,
life is short but my God why she lost her life and yet she had not alot in it,
she never got to make choices never had a chance to make mistakes,
i have deep hate deep inside,
i will try to forgive but i dont think i will ever forget,
