Stones Poem by Joey Gavin

Stones

Shift listless fabric means nothing to stones
wrap 'em in twine crafted rich in silk tones
immerse 'em exotic in colours now wild
a bleeding string torn by a terrier riled

From warmest of suns from the tropics now sinks
a shade of blue ocean beats blossom and pinks
the manor in which that the stones take the weight
of the lightest of lavender, i cant relate
