Stop Poem by Shelly-Ann Legg

Stop

They came, and pretend they care
And your downfall they wish to share
They play tricks and say sweet things
And the joy their words often brings

Even when its hard, you take it all in
Started the war but it wasn't yours to win
It sickens me to see
The wickedness of thee

Stop telling people you love them
And their lives you daily condemn
Look what you did to us now
You succeeded at hurting us so take your bow
