Stop Searching Poem by David Darbyshire

Stop Searching

Rating: 4.5

To met every woman on this planet,
I'm sure is my mission in life.
I've met most on the internet,
but never have I had a wife.

All the ladies are nice and pleasant,
none at this moment present?
This does not mean I have given up in any way,
they are staying in, no one is coming out to play.

Maybe I should stop searching?
be myself, just for one day.
Wait in the back ground, in the wing.
I am sure this could be the way.

Yes, I will chill not look anymore,
sit at home wait for that knock on the door.
I get jumpy, edgy it's that I can't wait so long,
then I sit back and turn my P.C. back on.
