Stopped Seeking To Find - Averted Cold Wars In Warm, Hot Peace
The lights dimmed one by one,
as we held hands in the dark, one last time,
no goodbye — only quiet of silence,
grip loosed, left our cold, feeble hands
and so, we all stood, stone cold.
As we chose to, stop seeking, to find peace
now the stars are our only breath,
in that silent night, we stopped seeking to find.
We averted cold wars in warm, hot peace.
