she looks out the window
glances up at the moon and stars
and a tear rolls down her face
theres something inside of her
screaming for help
yelling to get out and live
she knows shes not loved
and she knows shes talked down to
but she still wants to give life a chance
but there's no chances that can help this girl
shes the lost soldier
that the troops didn't want to find
shes the lonely lion
in the jungle of life
so as she looks up
and takes this all in
she accepts the pain inside her
and waits for this world to end
