Story Of Her Poem by Alexa Malik

Story Of Her

I read a story,
About this girl,
She feels trapped,
In this huge world we live in,
She has not found the key yet,
The key to set her free.

She had tripped on high mountains,
Drowned in shallow river,
Blocked by shadows,
Hidden behind walls,
Trapped in a world,
With endless war.

She used to laugh a lot,
Those cute chuckles of hers,
Shows off her adorable dimples.

Her little lies,
Brings out the trust in others.

Her warm hug,
Tenders the heart,
Her words,
Softens their minds,
But she never got the chance,
To let out her inner beauty,
Cuz she cared too much,
And now she’s hurt.

It’s a short story,
With a lot to learn,
This girl was beautiful,
But she never knew.

A strong believer,
Not a hater,
But in little plays,
She’s the reason,
She gets the blame,
She hits the pain,
And lets it rain.

Nobody appreciated her,
But they cried when she left,
Cuz all these times,
They never knew,
The reason to everything,
The reason she let them hurt her.

Heavens opened,
And the day got brighter.

At night,
All the stars shined,
And it came to mind,
That it was just too late to find,
The reason,
With all the knots tied,
And why she died.
